Doesn't sound like your surface preparation, most likely the product/materials. The problem is the heat from the tires (why people use carpet swatches to protect poorly installed epoxy floors). Did you DIY or know what product(s) was used? You have a single coat or a primer or a top coat?

Very nice. I just redid my garage as well. I did the similar epoxy coat and painted all the walls with semigloss white and flat ceiling white after I installed 12 can LED lights. It was A LOT OF WORK. I also have a lot of crap in my garage on the sides though despite building a custom cabinet. I do love the look of can lights in a garage though. It's quite ridiculous. If you took all the crap out, it looks like living space. hehe.

I had someone, who is not a professional garage person, do it. I have no idea what he used or did. It's certainly not peeling, just discoloring where the wheels are. I don't particularly care that much as the floor overall still looks pretty good, but I'm buying a new house and I may just hire an actual garage company for that one.

Very nice! Yeah floor looks extremely similar. I like the cabinet legs and wall mounting to keep them up off the ground. Is that black strip just floor mats? Hard to tell from the picture. BTW - nice car.

P.S. you need to use some wall cable raceways for the sprinkler power cord like you already have near your toolbox.

I have to make one anal suggestion right?
