If I had an M3, no. If I had a car I didn't care about, yes.
Is this serious?

I don't go to Walmart to buy anything ... much less take my M to have anything done. I seriously doubt they even have the proper equipment to mount low profile 19 inch wheels.

They need an experienced guy and a special machine to change the tires on a large , low profile mag otherwise they can seriously scratch/damage the rim.
It took over 1 1/2 hours to install my Re11's that I ordered off Tire Rack and the garage they originally shipped them to couldnt put them on and sent me to one with a special machine and experienced installer. I was watching over him the whole time so he wouldnt scratch my 19"s.

I've never been to WalMart and in Chicago there is only one deep in the ghetto.
I guess I would if I paid them off to let me use all of their equipment myself. peopleofwalmart.com do you really want them working on your car???!!!??!?!?!?! |

Better walk around the car with the manager and point out your wheels have no dings, or curb rash. I guarantee they wont be the same after. I let Costco change the tires on my x5 and they took the chrome off 2 of the wheels.
and take a photo of your mileage Lol

That's like getting your hair cut a Great Clips. Walmart technicians normally work on older, less complex cars.
You may have issues because: 1. They may not screw in all of the panels underneath the car after draining the oil. 2. They may overfill or underfill the oil since there is no dip stick and they cannot use the IDRIVE 3. They may use substandard supplies (i.e., oil, filter, etc) Don't risk it. Even the dealer messes up the oil change from time to time....Walmart will certainly fudge it up. -SZ |
