BMW Performance seats for M3: the same or not?

Has anyone seen this: First scan is of BMW Performance parts for BMW AG cars, the second scan is the from the M3 accessories programe.
Is "SZPAA" the same as "ZPA" for M3? And why do the seats for M3 cost 25 € more? Arent' they the same seats or do they have ///M logo instead of BMW Performance?

Interesting. No idea why there would be a discrepancy.
