yeah i had to pull in to close it, didnt realize my hood wasnt closed correctly until my 2nd lap or so.

I could be wrong, but I thought RT's only came in Burning Red? If so, then yes. This black wheel is a rep

The thread on the Santorini Blue car says those are 19x10 and 19x11.

Is it possible to get those widths directly from Rays or were they widened somehow?

There are multiple fitment possibilities besides the standard. Problem is the wait....

Most likely:
18x9.5 et+22 front & 18x10.5 et+22 rear (note that these are TE37's which typically have these specs. TE37SL's usually have et20 rear wheels (same sizes))
265/35/18 front & 285/35/18 rear
