Think again, the previous poster is right. Google "BMW white interior jeans" and you'll find all kinds of stories. White interiors are cruel mistresses: Beautiful, but they demand constant care and upkeep.

Yeah, maybe you're right jp; but I really am not too bothered. This is a keeper, like my late nineties cabrio 328i that I kept for 10+ years.

I drove the shit outta her and loved it, sure she got smashed in the bumper several times with dick-head parkers, got hit by a bus whist parked. - (Idiot tried to pretend not to notice the wack, and was stopped by a traffic warden.)

Anyhow, I never repaired any of the damage, just called it her War Scars.

All cars get a smack in the mouth from time to time, that's life. Leather seats get worn etc, drinks and coffee gets spilt.

If your gonna sell in 2 or 3 years that's different but if you keep it for more than 5, I figure I got my monies worth and I'm gonna enjoy it and not go bananas over every scratch.

Although the first dings, bumps, scratches etc do hurt.

Congrats and welcome to the family! I love the platinum leather, very unique in an E93. Nothing beats top down driving and the sound of that S65 engine.

Congrats on the car! What island are you on? The wife and I try to get out there every year. Kinda windy but it makes for a nice week away. I dream of being able to cruise Lanzarote in an M3.

Went on holiday to Gran Canaria last year and had a Nissan SUV as a hire car - really enjoyed driving over there but not a day went past when i didnt wish my M3 was there as well - youre very lucky to drive these beautiful islands in the M

Nice, sounds great. I do a lot of business on Fuerteventura. Lovely place, I do a lot of kite surfing and Fuerteventura's "Sotavento" is my Meca.

"Famara" on Lanzarote is my local spot though.

I'm on Lanzarote, and yeah it's amazing, roads are awesome for cruising. Well, then again, I'm not really into cages, i'm more of a bike nut. I do like the top down bit though.

What I love is 2 fists to the wind. We have a lot of Harleys here and we take a lot of rides every year.

Just about every month there are major major bike rallies. Real nice as everyone from all the islands get together on one island; and then it's huge concentrations for days. Awesome. One of the best things about the islands.
