Ok so it was $63.26 OTD. They charged me for the filter but should have been included. Not going to fight that. Got 9 free liters of the twinpower M

financially impossible to perpetually charge customers this amount, unless dealership is running a "Bernie Sanders Subsidized M Oil Change Program". You got lucky punk.

Have a great oil change. Make sure to show them it includes filter and oil. Don't let them charge you the filter

It's really Crevier, and they are CRAZY busy for service. The line in the morning down the street. No idea why it's so popular for service there.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

When I went to Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara, they tried to charge $350 for oil change.

I asked, "Do you guys remove engine and disassemble to change oil?"

No way I will pay that.

For clarification to most of you in terms of asking how we did it, we definitely used all the proper parts needed for the jobs, we simply did it as a "test" to see how much foot traffic we could generate at our dealership that day... And yes unfortunately the coupon only applied to those that received the mailer, and for those that did indeed get the mailer, be on the lookout for another "crazy" deal... A lot of my ///M clients came thru that day... It was an amazing turn out.

Is there a similar coupon/deal that you can put together for local members who did not happen to get the mailer? I would be interested in trying out your dealership for service.
