the mirror casings are not made of carbon fibber. they are reverse painted.

has anyone else noticed how diff dakar yellows look from pic to pic. like the ind one with the csl trunk looks alot paler to me. but the one in china looked just like this. are they diff paint codes?
the ind one looks alot like the e36 dakar imo

Those wheels are just powdercoated 220Ms (OEM forged 19s).

Mark's M ordered a one-off Individual ZCP with the GTS wheels and a trick interior. BMW gave him a couple of Photoshops of his forthcoming car -- you should search around a bit for those pics.

Oh you can have the dealer special order it. I think I read where it costs an additional 5K for the special paint. A dealer by the bay area had one in stock in the Dakar Yellow.
