M3 GTS Wheels and Spacers??
According to this thread, it appears that the M3 GTS already comes with factory spacers.
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=491118 I currently have the 19" OEM Style 220 wheels. I plan to get genuine 19" BMW M3 GTS wheels and use 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. I'll be lowered with Eibach Pro-kit springs. Do I need spacers with the above setup?? (I prefer not to run spacers if possible) Also, I read that the genuine GTS wheels are very aggressive for the E90 M3 and that some experience that they don't fit. Any truth to this? |

No spacers required. The M3 ZCP comes with these same wheels but without the front spacers, and fitment isn't a issue. Additionally, many forums members (myself included) have run a +1 size tire on the Style 359Ms (the name of the wheel you're interested in) without any issues at all.
As for your last statement, I don't know where that comes from. The Style 359Ms will fit any E9X without any problem -- they were designed specifically for our cars.

Oops. Yes, that's what I meant. By "our" cars, I was referring to our E9X M3s

No worried man. You know how it is, the non-M folks visit here from time to time and may get the wrong idea.

Great info. I'm tempted to place an order of the GTS wheels (Style 359m) next month when my stock Conti tires are done and order Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires in 255/35/19 and 275/35/19.

That's the exact set-up I have 255/35 Front, 275/35 Rear, pilot super sport tires and genuine M3 GTS wheels. Its not lowered thought Originally I had 12.5 mm spacers front and 10mm in rear. But I removed all of it and it fits just fine without spacers without rubbing. Little wider tires helped compared my stock ZCP wheels and tires. Which were 245/35 and 265/35.
Run without spacers, I think |

I run the GTS wheels with stock sizes and with 15mm spacers front and rear. No rubbing whatsoever. I'm also on H&R springs.
