My M3 hasn't broken, it's so damn reliable. I hate it
It's a 2011 with 24k, it bloody works and so does everything inside. I am so pissed off, I want to complain but I cant. If you have similar problems then please post here to help others.

So how do you pronounce "Worcestershire"?
Where I come from, it's "Woostah-sheer"

You have 24k miles which is barely driven for a 2011. My 2011 has 61k and I'm on a second motor. Report back when you pass 50k.

Exactly, you have 24k miles. How hard do you drive that thing to be impressed that it hasn't broken down by now?? I have about 20k miles and I have had no issues, guess mine is a freaky reliable car - lucky me

Weird, I'm from Quincy and never heard it like that, but it does make more sense.

In a way I want to say thanks for posting this to balance all of the 'sky is on fire' (bearings) paranoia. But I also wonder - so this brand has Owners celebrating no problems at 24k?? - like that is an achievement or milestone. Most Honda's have no problems at 224k. My M3 is the most exciting car I have ever owned - but I do worry a bit about reliability. I over maintain it - and will hope for the best.

Heheh. I have almost 60kmi and no blown motor yet. But if it does...eh it's under extended warranty. Maybe it's time to hit Sebring...motor should be broke in by now.

Damn, that's a lot of miles! I can't break 20K before moving on. I'm glad she's hanging in there for you. My buddy just broke 100k without any issues, you "should" be good to go for a long time...but you never know. So many uncertainties in life.

Your mad because your M is working properly?
So what happens when you do come across a problem with your M? Do you go on a rampage and start machine gunning people down?! Just wait till your warranty comes to a end! I'm sure you'll start to worry then. |
