Looks like taxi driver was driving with his mirrors instead of looking ahead.
That red porsche was right on his tale. Very lucky to avoid the contact.

A tank indeed. I don't even think the bags deployed. I was certainly anticipating more significant damage.

I'm sure they provide some reparations for the scare and unplanned crash. However I would think any passenger signs away their right to sue BMW, the track, the taxi driver and the ring taxi company and any other entity for any bodily damage etc. in the event this does happen. Probably like one ring taxi crash per 3000 ring laps. Who knows.
