Could Elmerz glue be the return of Sticky?
He seems to know all the details of the transaction, is a new member and in the Cali section.

The thread is actually in the general section. Funny how Cadillac needed to bring in their Corvette test driver and professional racer to get the Cadillac CTS-V to save face and run quicker than what a 21 year old E90 M3 owner ran with some track experience. They never allowed any professional track experience for any of the other competitors, which makes it even more bizzare.

I thought sticky was selling his M3 in order to get a 997 GT3. I guess he's had a change of heart. At least he started a thread about selling his m3 on m3fourm a while ago. The mods eventually closed the thread and he got banned. Regardless of what everyone thinks of him, he seems like a pure enthusiast and he'll do fine representing the M3.

Cannot wait to hear if the stroker M3 made (especially if it is BMW Mexico's).

What did he do this time? Or was it his IP that got him? He only had 6 posts!!!
PG, keep us updated on this. I hope Sticky can drive around a track as well as he can get banned from boards.

Royal Purple’s “The Forum Wars”
M3Post.com Members, “The Forum Wars” producers are excited to announce that representing your community and the BMW M3 will be . . .
. . . the Stroked E92 M3 owned by Robert “PencilGeek” Collins. In this ‘special’ match-up, the stroker will be going head to head with the modified Mercedes Benz C63 of Brian “GT PRO” Fuentes, of MBWorld.org Power-wise these cars are very closely matched - separated by approx 10 rwhp. This promises to be an awesome match-up. For those wondering, unfortunately we are NOT able to open this event to the public. The show will be airing in early 2010, across the web and SPEED. Keep your eyes peeled. We will be sure to notify the forums of the actual air dates as they are announced. Game on! |

+1 on who's driving.
The other M3 is reportedly Sticky's car.

Sounds awesome!!! Seems like both the stroker M3 and highly modified C63 are evenly matched powerwise. However, the M3 has the weight advantage of 400 lbs, which could make a difference.
M3 ofcourse is a 6 speed so it is going to take much more control through gears by the driver to tame the beast vs the automatic C63, which requires only steering. This is going to be really exciting. I am rooting for Pencil Geek to lay down some a** kicking! I wonder why they picked just one M3 when they were going to allow two M3 and Sticky was the perfect guy for that??
