Oh for sure, for an only car 335 is a much better choice. S2k would be awesome as a 2nd car for weekends and track.

335 - pros: fast, more technology, more comfort
cons: not as much steering feel, bigger and heavier
S2K - pros: fun, go kart like feel, lightweight
- cons: not as fast (straight line), less comfortable and overall less practical

I have the solution to your guys problem......get one of these!

WIN!

Hey you guys help out a fellow VC guy and help Tony win this contest, hes in the lead right now but he needs a bigger lead. He was the other guy with the black 135 two weeks ago. He has a real shot at winning a set of ADV wheels and it only takes like 2 minutes to register and vote.

That sucks. You never know... maybe they'll call you back one of these days.

Are you still going to look for a new job or just stick with your current one?

You can be a server at Darren's restaurant. Or try your luck as a real estate agent at Robert's place!

I don't know exactly how it works but if you are a realtor I think you take home at least 1-2% of the sale price...so...500K$ = 5000$, 200K$ = 2000$, etc.

The question is how long does it take from start to finish to sell a house and how many pending sales can you juggle at one time, as you gain experience I am sure you could handle more and more.

I would assume the job would require you to be flexible on the time of day to meet w/ clients and would require excellent organizational skills.

Yea, I think it's 2%, but what I'm wondering is if the 2% is already factoring in the cut that the agency takes.

Assuming that it's 1% (after the agency takes its cut), all you would need to do is sell 2 houses per month @ 500k to make a pretty good living.

Probably easier said than done, though...
