335 - pros: fast, more technology, more comfort
cons: not as much steering feel, bigger and heavier S2K - pros: fun, go kart like feel, lightweight - cons: not as fast (straight line), less comfortable and overall less practical I have the solution to your guys problem......get one of these! WIN!

Hey you guys help out a fellow VC guy and help Tony win this contest, hes in the lead right now but he needs a bigger lead. He was the other guy with the black 135 two weeks ago. He has a real shot at winning a set of ADV wheels and it only takes like 2 minutes to register and vote.

you dont need a FB all you need is an email....it just makes it easier through facebook. You can still see the directions by clicking on that link...if not ill post up the links and instructions for you

oh and I didnt get the job they said it was a tough decision, I am an excellent candidate and they want to keep my resume and info in case something changes or if something opens up they will call me first.

I don't know exactly how it works but if you are a realtor I think you take home at least 1-2% of the sale price...so...500K$ = 5000$, 200K$ = 2000$, etc.
The question is how long does it take from start to finish to sell a house and how many pending sales can you juggle at one time, as you gain experience I am sure you could handle more and more. I would assume the job would require you to be flexible on the time of day to meet w/ clients and would require excellent organizational skills. |

Yea, I think it's 2%, but what I'm wondering is if the 2% is already factoring in the cut that the agency takes.
Assuming that it's 1% (after the agency takes its cut), all you would need to do is sell 2 houses per month @ 500k to make a pretty good living. Probably easier said than done, though... |
