Hi all.
I´d first of all like to officially introduce my car & myself. I´ve ordered a brand new

M3 E92 DCT (DKG) in Alpine white which is scheduled to arrive very soon!
I know :

but I decided to start off like this & keep the tension growing as the days count down. Kinda like having you all suffer with me

so the waiting doesn´t kill me alone.

My name is Chris (Oh no not another one, yes I hear this a lot in other forums) and I work in Switzerland but track the roads of the real car lover´s Highway.. GERMANY !!
This is my second V8 M but as my old 400 horses started to get just that.. old, missarable, stupid & contancerous I decided to shoot them, ALL of them !!

Now that 420 new white arabian thoroughbreads are in the stable it felt only fitting to leave my "older" forums & catch up with a new breed of the fresher species

I´m not much of a writer I more like to read but do have some input on BMWs as this is now my 7th & I´d like to offer my help if and whenever I can.

I just got a call from my dealer, the car is now in the country and has to go through the paper works. The waiting is killing me and I´m getting really jittery

worse part is I saw the car fly by on the trailer and

I think I´m gonna have to take off a couple days to get to really know & enjoy this predator

The best thing on the car ?? DCT !! Seven gears all just waiting to really lash out as soon as I pass my break in mileage and rev up to 8400 !
BTW did y´all know that Getrag makes the DCTrans ? and that it can power up as much as 9000 rpm´s @ 520 NM - 383.5 Lb-Ft !!??

CF roof was not an option cause I wanted a sunroof again after a long time without one and TBH everyone has a carbon roof now & it´s become kinda common now which no longer makes it that special. So I just decided not to.
Don´t misunderstand me though I love the CF roof & if I had nothing in the car & just wanted to use it on the track I wouldn´t have bothered with even the leather and all the goodies. My car is a fun car for the weekends & should have a certain practicability to it.

Have you driven the Stelvio Pass yet? I'm going to do it next year and drive on to Lake Garda and Modena, then back up the San Bernadino Pass to Lake Constance
