Tests from Friday: cholesterol is pretty good, 173 total, 69 HDL, 87 LDL. I seem blessed with HDL, and got under the 100 LDL target my Dr. set.

Now, the A1c of 8.0, well, Tuesday's appt. won't be so pleasant. . .

Well done! How is the weight/BMI and level of exercise/activity progress?

Ran 4.5 last night. Hit the 12500 steps goal again today. Resisted candies and donuts at work today. Doubt any fluctuation in weight
