E90 M3 Damaged while at BMW..
Well I took my car to BMW to get the heat/ac blower fixed. My car was there for 1 week. I finally pick it up and my passenger front fender is cracked, along with my Challange CF front lip. After looking more i noticed the bumper is pushed up and there is no gap between bumper and hood. Not sure if I should be pissed off or just let it go. Anyway they are paying for my car to be fixed and are replacing my Challange CF lip. This is actually my 3rd lip. So should I go ahead and order my 4th Challange lip or go with another brand? I love my challange lip but it does sit a little low for NY roads. Can anyone recommend possible a new lip on the market? Need to order it soon so please let me know what you guys all think. Thank you. Here are some pics.

Well they're covering it and didn't make an issue to do otherwise it seems. So don't worry about it and I don't think challenge lips are made anymore so might have to go a different route. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I vote ModeCarbon GTS Spoiler. I think it's 900 or 1000, and it looks epic. I have a Hamann lip on right now and it's okay, I bought a used arkym lip and refinished it so will be replacing the Hamann soon.
Glad to see the dealer is replacing it for you |

definitely would be irate it happened, but they are doing what they need to do to fix it. I think it's crazy though that you had to find it and they didn't simply admit to you what had happened.
I vote your replacement for practicality is a Revinora GT Street Lip. You could get the CF version for 700, but I'd opt for FRP version for 433 that's more durable and matte. If you scratch it or rock flys into it, you won't be pissed. I like the GTS lip from Mode, but shit man that's going to scrape, and get scuffed up if you drive your car on bad NY roads.

The Revinora R-CRT Street Chin has intrigued me but I haven't bought one yet so I don't personally know how good it looks but it's made specifically to not be a low rider and is the same height as the OEM bumper

Yeah that sucks, but they owned up and are paying to have everything fixed so i would worry about it too much. Accidents happen.
It would be a different story if they tried to hide it. Good luck, and I vote ModeCarbon front lip. |

while I like the Mode Carbon lip I can't stomach the price considering its the same GTS lip on ebay that is much cheaper. Esp considering these things take a beating, and I would be extremly surprised to hear that Mode Carbon is making them themselves versus them being the same Chinese copies but I think I will try one from Mode as I hear good things, we'll see

Good thing BMW is covering the whole thing!
Mode Carbon. I drive in the city pretty often and have not had any problems with ground clearance.
