Pricing?? 2011.75 E90 w/everything

Hey guys, I'm considering putting my M3 up for sale and haven't been closely following the market. Was hoping to get some opinions on value. I'll post a detailed list of specs later but here's some general info. It's been in Vegas/Socal it's whole life, been in the rain once, looks/smells like it did the day I picked it up at the Performance Center...immaculate condition is an understatement.

2011.75 E90 M3
Alpine White/Fox Red
5000 miles
$74k sticker
DCT, Competition, Cold Weather, Technology, Premium Sound, BMW Apps, Sat Radio, basically everything but ext leather, sun shades and the auto headlights.
In-service date was 7/11 so warranty is good through 7/15.

Thanks for the KBB link, I've already checked all that. (edmunds, NADA, etc) Looking for what cars have really been selling for, KBB will get you a ballpark but it's not always that accurate.
