You really should activate it. You can get a break on your insurance since it works like LoJack, and if you're ever knocked unconscious in an accident it will automatically place an emergency call to let paramedics know where you are.

And if you don't have Comfort Access and might therefore be able to lock the keys in your car or trunk, they can remotely unlock your car.
