Got any full track pads? If so, swap them in and run them on the road for a couple weeks. They're more aggressive and will continue scraping the rotor rather than heating up to the point of laying down new deposits for longer, so if your issue is indeed uneven pad deposits (which it very likely is), then they should take care of that fairly quickly.
