Got any full track pads? If so, swap them in and run them on the road for a couple weeks. They're more aggressive and will continue scraping the rotor rather than heating up to the point of laying down new deposits up to a higher temperature than street pads, so if your issue is indeed uneven pad deposits (which it very likely is), then they should take care of that fairly quickly.
