anyone have headlight vibration?

Noticed anytime my car goes over any irregularity in the road (even the finest of irregularities) the headlight beam shakes up and down. I notice this against a stop sign or other signs. Not sure how common this is though....Searched and saw apparently at some point there was a SIB for it but not sure that actually helped anyone.

If you need to adjust the headlight at any of the mounting points, the only things you need to remove are the wheels, splash guards and bumper. There is no need to remove the fender.
