Unmarried with 150k worth of cars, awesome.

Only thing is, I would have a 911 GT3, turbo, or a new 4.0 RS. Or an R8 V10. Or maybe even an Aston.

What’s even funnier is the next date that I have, I’m going to pick them up in my Camry, and then if and when they come over I will show them my Man-Cave (the garage) and watch their teeth drop out.

After I do the Porsche event this week (I sure hope that they don’t bring the NEW GT3 4.0) I might be sorry! No, I do LOVE (oops, I said the “L” word again) my M3s.

I'd sell one of the Ms and replace it with an E46 M3, E36 M3 and E30 M3. Either way, having 2 E9Xs is still winning.

My thinking was:

I really like the M3, and wanted one as a DAILY DRIVER, but there is NO way I’m going to drive a Yellow M3 around (The Market, Lowes, Wal-Mart, Out to Dinner) town everyday. So what do I do, well I could buy a Porsche, but then that is not a very good daily driver either. “I know, I can buy a 4 door (for entertaining) Sedan M3 V8 (before the V8 goes bye-bye) and use that as a daily driver.”

Now keep in mind, I did have a 135i, that I was using as a daily driver, but, too small for entertaining, and too rough of a ride with the Run-Crap Tires, so bye-bye to that one.

Just one note, I won’t be using the M3 Sedan as a Daily Driver for a while, because my daughter (14) will be driving in a couple of years, so I decided to buy a Camry for her, but I will be using it as a Daily Driver until she can drive.

So the end result is this:

I have a Camry as a daily driver and I will have two (2) M3 V8s, which will NEVER be made again, and both will have very low miles. The only place I will loose is the warranty will run out before either of them hits 10K miles.

I do/will drive them EVERY weekend over one of the canyons to the beach, and then cruise up the coast.

Make sense? NO!

We are all car guys, and love our cars, whether we have BMWs, Porsches, Aston Martins…
If it makes sense to you, that's all that matters. Definitely daily drive the White over the Dakar, the Dakar will certainly retain value considering the car and individual color in the long run.

Did you look into the F10 550i instead of the AW M3?

Nice stable!!! Congrats on the purchase. It's true about not being able to drive both. I think about the weekend during my work week b/c that's when my E92 gets pulled out of the mancave also.

5 series is too big, 1 series (I had one) is too small, the 3 series is just right!
