I have a relatively low mileage (~42k miles) 08 E92 SSII M3 for sale. The car is a weekend warrior and garage queen during the week (Never been tracked). I have babed the car to the extent the car has barely seen any rain. I have a ED M4 on order and need to have the car sold in few months. I will rather to sell the car to a follow enthusiast that would appreciate the mods than trade it in to a dealer. I am the original owner since 08 and the car is in impeccable conditions. I prefer to sell the car as a whole, however may later consider part out if i don't see enough interest. The further info related to the car history or condition can be provided upon request.

08 E92 M3 SSII with Black interior

DPE MT7 Monobloc forged light weight two tone custom painted wheels (Brushed Aluminum face with gray base)
Brand new Michelin summer tires
PSS 245/35/19 F, PSS 295/30/19 R

Custom clear bra done by Premier Protective Film (Full hood, front fenders, front bumper, rocker panels, partial rear fenders)

The car is also equipped with LoJack that will add some saving on the insurance.

The car has no mechanical issue based on my knowledge and the car has never been into accident (knock on the wood)

Well maintenance record and oil change in every 5k miles.

Recent services:
New oil changed done around 41k miles
New brake fluid flush around 39k miles
Brand new battery and tires replaced in Spring 14

Current KKB value estimate at 42k miles: 33k (Good condition) ~ 35k (Excellent condition).
Mod/Upgrade's original MSRP: 13k+

Pricing with DPE wheels: $38999 OBO

For CA prospective buyer, just had SMOG done today. Certificate will be valid another 90 days. Anyway, the car passes SMOG without any issue if anyone is concern about the mods.
