I just graduated and started in treasury/investment management at a $75B+ tech company... It's a good first "real" job. I worked at a kart track and as an intern at a few other companies before. I also daytraded for a couple years during college.

Get real guy...How can the average person afford something like this? Easy. It's called financing. Massed produced with an msrp of $55-58k? Hardly inaccessible.

And yes we all understand no need to clarify. People are just reacting to the aristocratic "Obviously this is not a vehicle accessible to the average person" statement ya made.

LOL! In my neck of the woods a good number are driven by college kids some even in highschool.

+1 agree........ however high school kids here in Europe do not drive M3's..........not at $100000 a pop

To his point though, although someone making $30-$40k per year could probably finance this car, it wouldn't be a very bright decision. The car payment would be 1/3 of your take home pay! And to the college kids driving these cars, that's a Mommy/Daddy thing 95% of the time. That's another sad statement for our society that Dad/Mom would buy their kids a car like this regardless of means. Not to say this is always the case (I'm sure there are some who bust their butts to afford this car independent of Mom/Dad).

But, to your point, this isn't a F458 and it is more accessible to a wide range of people who are prepared to sacrifice a bit for it.

Professional jk-er.

Currently a full-time compliance clerk at a law firm.

I deal with a lot of paperwork, often review automotive advertisements to make sure they comply with CA law, and blah blah yawn yawn blah.
