North Austin M Meet

Hey All,

Gauging interest in organizing a meet of Bimmers and M's in north Austin. I'm located in Pflugerville, but it's an easy drive for Cedar Park owners as well. Willing to do some legwork if ten or so people are interested. I've done the cars and coffee thing but it seems to have changed a lot since the early days.

That's my schedule as well, 1 year old at home. I've seen a couple of Ms around here but no Alpine Whites. I'll keep an eye out.

I've actually got a Jet Black one now, AW was totaled

Well I'm up for whatever, this weekend I'll be working on my VR4 so let me know if you guys decide to meet up this weekend, next weekend i'll be out of town and possibly the next weekend. I work only until 1130 on Friday so I'm free after that.

I'll be out of town this weekend for vacation. Looking at maybe the morning of Sunday the 3rd. Would that work for everyone?

I hope Kong is being sarcastic, but I don't drink as well. My wife and I will have our 1 year old (in her X5M) so bars are ruled out for us.

Yup, same kid. I go to UT now, and I'm in Austin 10/12 months out of the year, so I would consider that moving to Austin.

There're actually a lot more people in Austin with M cars. They're not on this forum though.

There's a group called "512 ///M Crew" on Facebook that has a good number of members in it. They have their own meets every so often.

Everybody still game for this? I've only heard from a few people. If so, thinking Stone Hill town center in Pflugerville @ 9:30am. Target parking lot near Panera. They should be open for coffee.

Will a drive be part of this meet? Not too familiar with fun roads in Pflugerville (know several in NW and SW Austin though). And I guess more importantly for me, would this be open to people who are merely former M car owners?

Hadn't planned on a drive, all the back roads I've found so far are too rough on cars. Also not opposed to more german cars.

Haha, just saw this. Thanks for coming out. Maybe we should just put together a drive out to Marble Falls. There are some really good roads out there. Not sure where all these Pflugerville M owners troll on the interwebs.
