Not bitching or anything, but if I owned a company that sold a faulty wheel I would be more than keen to inspect the other 3.

There is no excuse for a wheel cracking for no reason!! The poor customer service is also unacceptable!! If a company believes in their product enough to sell it to the public then that company should accept fault and provide compensation when their product fails!! This should be posted on every major car forum so no one buys these rims!! I for one will never buy a RENNEN product and will advise everyone I know not to buy anything too!! Good luck OP, I hope you get a FULL REFUND including what you paid for shipping!!

Not sure how we're being involved in this conversation. If anyone can find an issue with an ADV.1 wheel let me know because we have no unresolved issues that we're aware of.

We make nice looking and nice performing wheels as well. Our new superlights are gracing an Enzo as we speak and we're building a set for a Bugatti... not exactly honda civic's with no performance capabilities.

Concerning 360 Forged / ADV.1... it's been hashed out a million times before. We are not affiliated with the company in any way. Yes, the owner of ADV.1 used to be the owner of 360 before it was sold to it's new owners.

Just trying to address some of the stuff that has been brought up implying/concerning our company in this thread.

To the OP - I hope they take care of you and get you a replacement wheel or refund ASAP!

i just want to inform fanatics that i am still fighting for my right with RENNEN.

almost 6 months passed and still no replacement or refund. they want ME to pay shipping cost for returning the wheel back to the US.

communication with that company is a pain in the ass. it takes 1 week to get an answer to an email.

the only way to help myself is posting in forums!!! as soon as i start posting they start calling me.

BEWARE OF THAT COMPANY!!!!!!

They won´t get my business for sure... I always suspect of this new forged wheels companies... since you are in Europe you should stick to European quality brands who won´t let you down with customer service, like BBS, OZ Racing, ATS... if you wanna go foreign then stick to well established brands like Rays (Volk Racing), Advan, HRE...

is the problem resolved? I'm in the market for a set of monoblock forged and Rennen is on the shortlist due to their competitive pricing, but these threads scare me

shh, you're not supposed to argue with them over customer service because they all have the best in the world. My situation clearly pointed to that......

Also just saw on the GTR forums 2 other ppl had a problem with the same company as I did.

And if you get those wheels back even with a scratch, ask for your money back. I still think it was dumb to sent them on a pallet, so many more risks doing that.

There is an easy answer to that. All these US companies that do custom wheels primarily have their wheels either made in China or sent to a company in California called MHT (HRE does their own work). These companies they hire out to cut the faces of the wheels themselves. After the wheel is cut, they then order the lip and barrel from another California company (or Chinese if made in China) since they rarely keep barrels and lips in stock. To get the wheel powdercoated, polished, or chromed, they are sent to a third party for that to get done. When it comes to assembly, they either do it themselves or hire it out to a third person.

For the most part, the Japanese companies own all the machines to do this and do everything in house.
