2011 BMW M3 Sedan - $52,500 (46,000 miles)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
This is a clean low mile, 2nd Owner California “Buy-Back” Titled car for sale.

The Original owner took delivery in 2012 in Fresno, CA. The corrective work was completed by BMW. This car was purchased in 2013 from a dealer that specializes in BMW auction/buy-back cars. I have all the original records from
the buy-back and maintenance.

This is a completely stock Interlagos Blue Sedan – Bamboo Interior w/ Competition Package (See WS for complete list of adds).

There have been no aftermarket additions. The car has never been wrecked or had any body work done. The engine mods recently completed include the throttle control actuator and rod bearings replacement inherent to this model. Updates also include recent service, new battery, and tires. The maintenance work or engine upgrades have been completed by my local shop or local BMW for the last 10 years. There are minor abrasions on several of the wheels. There are also several minor paint rock chips, rock chip on glass, and a paint blemish.

If you are interested I will supply any documentation or additional photo’s that you require.

Are these recent photos, or are they the photos from when the car was listed for sale on AutoTrader?

Some are the same and some are recent. The AutoTrader listing was prior to the engine work being completed.

So the buy back was for an engine that succumbed to rod bearings?

I thought all listings had to have a price listed?

The "buy back" was completed in 2013 - California. It was unrelated to the engine work that was completed in 2022.

The timeline for the car is as follows: sold 1/2012, buyback 5/2013, and I purchased the vehicle in 2013 and have owned since.

If you would like more information I would be happy to share any details that you want.

I love how people ask the nature of the buyback and then are told "If you would like more information I would be happy to share any details that you want." It seems to me that the nature of what necessitated a buyback and then "corrective work" would be the most important data for a potential buyer to know, wouldn't it?
