No, it's priced to high. Affordability doesn't mean it's ok to over pay. This is a very nicely spec'd, $35-37k M3. He's not far off on his price at all. But you're right, seller can ask whatever he wants, doesn't mean he's going to get it

This will definitely get his asking price or more on BAT but I think the OP just wants a simple hassle-free transaction as stated, doesn't look like he needs the money and isn't very eager to sell it. (I don't blame him).

BAT can be a bit of a pain sometimes, sold my 300ZX TT on there.
