Replacing Belt and Pulley, what parts?

Hi Folks,

Looking to do the belts and pulley since the car is hitting 130K soon.

I am not sure if I should just go with a kit like this

or go with replacing everything in the pics below

I would have thought to at least also replacing the bolts?
How about the main damper pulley?
And the little L shapecarrier?

Also, is it worth going to those underdrive pulley sets?
