I like your attitude, it's just a car. Sounds like no one was injured.
I am happy to be the first to vote. I think it will be a no brainer here as to where the votes go. A lot of forum member cars for sale as I'm sure you are aware. |

Wow, sorry to see that but glad you are alright.
Curious to see if you will stick with another e9x m3 or move onto something else.

Yes Philippe, it is not just a car I stand corrected. It is a fine example of what these cars are capable of if taken care of correctly. And the fact that no one was injured shows that it is a safe vehicle also.

We'll see what the insurance company says. My only concern is i got hit where the Battery is located. They guy who hit me had a brand new camaro, and he was clipping pretty fast.

In 2013 I had an accident with my DD , a Mini . Driver from the other car drove through the red light and hit my Mini in the right side . It was a hit and run at 4:30 AM , he drove through the red light *again* but I was able to catch him with my Mini and drove him off the road ! Police came and said WTF happend here and who is the driver from the Mini ? I said the accident was not here , but 10 miles from here . Police was like Later that day I said I was fine.Neck and back is ok ,I'm OK and I signed the papers for it .. The next morning I woke up and holy 5H1T my neck ! Honestly I suffered 2 months with my neck while I had to work ! My point of my story is ...*Your doctor visits are very important* and I got my lesson ! My pics from 2013..

Sorry to hear that man! Glad you are safe. Really enjoyed your E46 build back in the day, and the M3 with over 200k was impressive! I would definitely get back into another E92 M3. Nothing out there yet better for the price!

Amazing at 222000 miles! Holy shit! Your e92 put in the time. I think it gets an honorable discharge/funeral. Kudos on you for being spot on with all your maintenance. Sorry about the wreck, but there are so many other cool cars to explore, or you could of course go back to the e92 m3. Personally, I would love to have a 2008 audi rs4 with about 50k miles as a 6mt. I love the AWD mated to a high revving v8! I would take trips to Tahoe and snowy areas, places my e90 would have a tough time with snd I would still have a 6mt and high revving v8. I hear it's not so rev happy as our s65, but the AWD makes it for me. I know they understeer but I don't track. I just LOVE a high revving v8. Bliss.

Phrozen06 what a sad day for the M3 community ! I hope you will be ok. Your car was a flag bearing legend. My first reaction upon seeing the pics is this car looks great even totalled ! I love the wheels, perfect with jet black. Are these Rotiform with copper finish on the barrel and brushed silver spokes, what size and how much ? had to ask, lol.
Wish you a good recovery without health issues. I cannot think of a direct replacement for this car. All i can say is avoid electrical steering and turbos it destroys the driving experience. |
