OP, the installation is simple. Tools needed:
Removal of existing:
Installation is the opposite of removal; starting at the trailing edge, install at an angle to ensure the slot is first aligned and gently press down along the perimeter lock each tab. Enjoy! |

Used a flat head screw driver wrapped with tape and it worked fine. Sure my asshole was so tight, but I didn't have the right tools to replace mine with a carbon fiber piece. Do NOT recommend it.
