I've scraped mine a couple times, but yours looks pretty shitty to be honest. Maybe time to replace it? Or refrain from dropping the car on it's nuts? I would love to do a nice suspension setup and some carbon fiber aero pieces, but my driveway would never allow it.

I'm on Ohlins coils and didn't have issues with the felt until I had to drive my car onto a god damn uhaul trailer to bring it into service.
Do you take dips, speed bumps or driveways at an angle? If not, you should start. It'll save you the headache of having to constantly replace those felt pieces.

In theory, you could pull them off, but the corner pieces are so cheap (about 80 a piece) I don't see why you wouldn't just replace them once or twice a year.

Learn to drive sideways on driveways
I just google map: street view where I'm going if I'm unfamiliar with the area.

I have a brand new one in my garage (the center piece, not the corners) and I'm debating whether or not to put it on... This is not uncommon at all unfortunately.

My GT4 splitter hangs MAYBE ... 2 inches off the ground at most. Learned a long time ago to just remove those pieces. Never looked back since. I'm not going to keep spending $80 dollars to replace them, that's absurd... that's car parts money.

B4 lowering, it got scrapped up and popped a few screws loose.
So knowing that it will get worst after lowering, I got creative and I cut it up to look like flaps! Works like a charm against bumps |
