Engine rattling for a second after oil change?

Just did my 45k miles engine oil change on the car yesterday.
Drained it and let it sit for an hour. Filled 8.2L of Castrol 10w60, and added two bottles of Molyslip (MOS2) 600ML. Totalling 8.8L of liquid in the engine.

Upon starting the engine I heard the engine rattle/slap for a second or two then it went away. Any idea if this is a problem or a common thing?
I've done a bit of Googling and some people said maybe it was because of dry vanos? Could it be?

Am I overthinking this or is it completely normal? Car drives fine.

First start after oil change, I believe it is normal to hear that sound. Oil has completely drained out for a while, so it needs to re-lubricate

Tensioner and VANOS noise - sounds like shite but it is normal.

Normal. If you suck up the oil out of the oil filter housing you'll hear it every time.

Make sure you add oil back inside the canister if you sucked it out.

Yup.

I always add the last liter through the filter housing, then I put the filter on and start the car. Seems to help a bit. First oil change scared the crap out of me.
