E-92 Lighting Buyer Beware
This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. How Derrick Lee can be a vendor on this wonderful site is mind boggling. I placed an order on 11-04-15 and my credit card was charged the next business day. After a week or so I contacted them only to be told it was shipped. I asked for a tracking number and he said he would send me one in 5-10 minutes. I never got the shipment or the tracking number. I contacted him yesterday only to be told it was shipped last week. He sent me a bogus tracking number and I called him out on it. I ask for a refund and he replied today saying it was shipped today. Tracking number says otherwise. He gets all of his lies mixed up and he gets confused. STAY AWAY from this company. Save yourself the trouble.

Destructively: Shame on you for not looking at previous vendor reviews and searching for issues with this company, it takes 5 seconds...
Constructively: What were you buying? If AE's you should have gone to LUX...they don't mess around. Top notch customer service and product. |

I had know problems and when i needed to return a ballast for a replacement
very easy RMA number, got it and boom back

Buyer BEWARE - e92-lighting.com
I've had a similar experience with this company. I wasn't aware this company had such a bad reputation. Bought angel eye bulbs for my BMW and one of the controllers went bad. All I'd like to do it exchange the defective part. I can't get in touch with the this company and they won't return my calls or emails.
I've now disputed the charge with my credit card company and plan to sue them if this isn't resolved. Don't do business with this company. You will regret it. |

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago, no shipment, no emails, no response. I've sent emails and left a message at the public number and still nothing.
Guess I'm going to have to dispute the charge and stay away. |

Should've read the thread below before buying from them...while IMO their product is good, how they conduct business is straight up garbage. Never again.
