Blacked out grill on my Jerez sedan (pics)

Ok, the car is 2 weeks old and the 1st mode is in. I am more then happy with the way the grills turned out. Literary day and night :-) Thanks to the boys over at Mod bargains. Great product no doubt, the quality is superb!!!

Nice ride. Stealth, aggressive and classy. I am glad the tails are not blacked out Camaro style.

Don`t like it.................

Don`t like to much chrome either, but the only good place for chrome is the grill, just like it`s meant to be..............it does stand out more, without being to much....................

Nice mod - great to personalize your ride!! I too have the Jerez Black, but I actually prefer the contrast of the chrome grille as the black already blends the the other grills, etc. Are you going to try black wheels and the black BMW roundels? If you are going for the stealth look - that would be sweet I for one would like to ditch the BMW roundel on the trunk lid (it would look sweet just to have the M3 badging back there) but it has locator pin holes and I don't want to have to patch/paint the trunk lid.

The black grills are a must on all German tuner cars, i.e. brabus, hamann , ACS, etc. The only dark rears I like are the smoked once, but not for the Jerez. I love the way red/white tails look... so euro... no yellow....

I guess true e30 fanaticism never goes away :-) Here is mine: 1990 E30 M3 with allot of goodies. The list is too long to start compiling now.... One of the BEST cars I ever owned, it is in the class of it's own.

The weels I'm getting are L22s with gun metal center and chrome lip. They are copies of LMRs.

L22

This is the look I love:

No, I will not take the badges off, I might however black them out, i.e replace blue part w black. just like on the labelexec M up above in the thread. I also like the black M3 logo from Mod Bargains, which I will probably eventually get:

Also in the pipeline are an exhaust system and suspension.

God!!! I love being back!!! I was with out an M3 for the past 3 years!!! IT SUCKED!!!
