Finally in the market for a E9x M3!

Here's what I'm looking for-

Must haves:
E90 or E92
6MT
Within 7-8 hours of DC metro area
Exterior Colors: Space gray, Interlagos Blue, Alpine White, Silverstone II
Interior Colors: Black or Fox Red
Under 75k miles
Extensive maintenance records
Be willing to drop off for a PPI before full purchase (I will pay for it)

Would like to have:
Carbon interior trim
Navigation
Aftermarket exhaust
Rod bearings done
2009+

I will pay low 30's for the right car. Feel free to PM me on here.

Also have a 2018 Fiesta ST with 15k miles if anyone wants to trade for a fun DD...
