When is the E92 M3 going on sale in US?

March? April? more later? How long will the wait be if I put a deposit now?

Most estimates converge on the opinion that we should see the first cars in the US in the Feb-Mar time frame. Nothing definite yet. Your time to get a car if you were to get in a line now will vary greatly. You may be lucky and get a car around May or it may take longer. The wait lists at dealers will vary greatly dealer by dealer, city by city and state by state.

Welcome to the forum! Both of these questions you posed have been discussed quite extensively and you can find the answers with a little searching. Try searching on google - it is better than the built in search capability on the forum. Just add a couple search terms and then add site:m3post.com as the last part of your search. Cheers.

Just because I can see this question coming, there is no official pricing yet for the US. However, most poeple and other predicted information have the MSRP coming in at Mid to high 50s, $55k-$58k. This is not including any options, gas guzzler, desitnation charge, or tax. So it is reasonable to assume a fully loaded M3 will run you near $70k.

Come on now, I am not the major repost/search police on the forum. I do like a good friendly debate but I typically leave aforementioned duties to others.

Do we really think that it may get hit with gas guzzler? That's disappointing if it does. That's one thing that turned me off to the S5. Not that I want the M3 for fuel economy, but you know what I mean

It will definitely have a gas guzzler tax (unless they an end-run around it like Chevrolet does, but this is unlikely)

Most likely. The E46 was hit w/ the gas-guzzler tax as well (..if I remember correctly). I'd have to pull out one of my old spec sheets.
