Those are replacements for the ones that should be on your car. One has to pry off the old ones first. Then push the new ones into place.

if the original ones are broken on your car i would recommend buying OEM ones from the dealer. the aftermarket one is made out of pretty low-grade plastic, if you want to risk jacking up your car with a sketched out jack block it's not worth the savings. been there done that, stuff like this I'll always go OEM.
