Rear bumper not 100% aligned correctly
Hello everyone, I recently noticed something odd; my rear bumper isn't 100% flush with my right body panel (near the right tail light). I did some searching and saw a few threads on body panel alignment not being 100% perfect, but I just wanted to check in and see if anyone has experienced the same thing. It is only very slightly off; you have to get up pretty close to notice. Also, does anyone think its worth to spend the money to have the bumper taken off and aligned?
Thanks everyone |

First, pics would help on this one. Secondly, I wouldn't pay someone to do work like this. Should be a simple DIY to fix if it is indeed an alignment issue. The bumper doesn't have that much room for movement. Did you buy the car new? Could it have been in an accident?

I know how you feel. My M is fine, but the front bumper on my Titan was not right...it drove me nuts. I finally took it apart and fixed it. Turns out, the previous owner "lightly" hit something, and whacked it out of alignment.
Could be the case with yours too. I would do a search for "removing rear bumper", or similar, and check it out myself. Good luck....shouldn't be too difficult.
