![]() First I ordered one , and after a while I thought if the pillow was bigger perhaps it's even better.. So I ordered a second buckwheat pillow , and made from the 2 pillows one bigger pillow . Now my buckwheat pillow was just perfect , I said *was* because my story dates already from +/- 10 years ago . Of course when I need to sleep in another bed , I always take my buckwheat pillow with me , because I can't sleep anymore on another normal pillow . Like my video shows above the buckwheat pillow can be also a DIY ..So you can make it as big as you want . The biggest advantage of the pillow is the support for head and neck and it stays always cool (colder) even in hot summer nights, because of the air circulation between the buckwheat shells . Like I said previously , the only downside is the scratch noise of the buckwheat shells on your ears . I noticed , this is only temporarily in the beginning because gradually the edges of the buckwheat shells wear out. The original name of the buckwheat pillow is *The Sobakawa pillow* I strongly recommend the buckwheat (Sobakawa) pillow for everyone ! ![]()

Going to try one of these pillows! As a side sleeper I find most pillows uncomfortable though the memory foam I'm using now is OK. Found a manufacturer here in the states making buckwheat hull pillows, standard sized only $50 so worth a shot!

Failure to fit will strain your neck and disengage it, causing back pain. Regardless of your sleeping position, a good neck pillow keeps your neck and spine consistent. For those who like to sleep 2, 3 or even 4 pillows, I recommend you use one. Sleeping on more than one pillow may strain your neck and cause neck pain or something serious.

My wife and I got MyPillow and hate them. I think you just need to find a pillow you like and stick with it whether it's feather, memory foam or buckwheat.

But she's a side sleeper and I'm a back sleeper. If I get turned over in the slightest way, I wake up with my arms or shoulders numb.

I also have the My Pillow mattress topper. Previously I had a Tempur-pedic mattress. I loved that mattress. It was one of the hybrids that had foam and springs. I recently bought a house with my SO. When we moved in together and got the king size bed, the king size mattress was like $5,000. SO said I was crazy and I didn't argue because of all the money we were spending on the house, furniture etc. WTF was I thinking? I could kick myself for not getting another one. Anyway, the topper makes a huge difference, it conforms to your body and is so comfy. I still wish I bought the Tempur though.

We had a Tempur-pedic for years and once we got all of our use out of it, we did try something else as well as we couldn't justify the money for it. We ended up with a Saatva mattress. I had never heard of it until I had a friend at work mention it. He went on and on about how great it was...and since they have a 100 day sleep offer with free return, we decided to give it a try. We've had it for about 2 years now, and I still can't believe how nice it sleeps considering what you pay for it!

I recently bought a new pillow. It seemed so soft and tall to me ... But it's damn inconvenient. I just cann't sleep on it, it's too tall. And in the morning my neck hurts.
