Dinan in UK?

Anyone know if Dinan are in the UK and can they update the DCT to latest version as well as the ECU tune?

Can I ask why you don't want the DCT updated to the latest version at a dealer? Surely the car's still under warranty.

+1... and to add that im sure the Dinan software is for an upgrade engine stroker which they do.

Are you suffering from the dreadful DCT lag that was originally described as a 'feature' by the technician my local dealer? If so, then a fix has been out for this for near on a year and it's dreadful if your local dealer will not address it.

First off I would get the full background on this 'bug' by reading the multitude of posts in the main M3 forum (I think this issue is a 'sticky'). Then armed with the info, speak with your local dealer's principle. If you still get nowhere, I would contact BMW UK.

I'm pretty sure there was a recall notice for this issue, but others can confirm.

The GTS tune for DCT and M dynamic mode should be available aftermarket, don’t need Dinan for that. It’s excellent and comparable. I’ve had both.
