Anyone using Ohlins without camber plate?

I know most of you are using Ohlins with different camber plates, but is there anyone using Ohlins on OEM upper strut mounts?

I'm not tracking the car at all at this time, and not planning on doing that, just spirited driving. Thinking about just replacing the current upper strut mounts with new OEM ones while installing Ohlins since mine got about 60K on them. Then if I decided to track the car I will install a set of camber plates later on. (Mainly concerned about how the camber plates will impact comfort over OEM mount)

Get dinan plates. No extra moving parts.

That’s what I have with my recently installed Sachs coilovers and ran them for a long time before that with stock struts

Thanks, will look into the Dinan options. How are you liking the Sachs? Have you used Ohlins before?

I’ve experienced ohlins before. I’d say the damping feels comparable but hard to say because the car I felt them in had the stiffer ohlins springs and was also an e46.

I really like the Sachs setup a lot. There’s a thread on them in here with a few posts about what I’ve done.

I have Ohlins with stock plates. Don't buy Dinan, they're shit and the customer service is worse.
