I placed my order Sunday night. I'm hyped for this. I can just imagine the backlog he's having now though.
Do you usually get sent a tracking number when it's shipped? I'm having it shipped to my job and I have to usually confirm with our mail team that something is delivered or it'll just sit lol.

Also with this option:
Valet mode, red line is reduced to 4000RPM with limited power & protection for low octane fuels. I understand the tach cold start range lowers to 4k rpm, but does the engine also get limited (as in a fuel cut off or similar)? |

So...I just got my OBD plug in the mail. Luckily one of the mail people at my job actually brought it to my desk (account still shows processing too so I never saw the tracking #).
...what am I supposed to do now? Sorry for the noob question.

Just got the coding and GTS DCT done today. It really does wake the car up.
Much more responsive low end and smoother shifting. I'm surprised how much better the car feels now. The whole session took about 30 minutes, quick and painless. Thanks Alex! |

Not at all. I'm catless and I can say that Alex's burble tune is very subtle. Pretty much just one backfire on deceleration.

Ignore the ET as i just did a slow rollout (2.44 60 foot lol) but I was very impressed that the car could achieve a 115.08 mph 1/4 mile trap speed uphill +1% slope.
2012 e92 M3 comp package DCT carbon roof. Mods are Alpine Stg 1 tune and Euro MDM. Stock exhaust. Car had a full tank of 91 octane about 10 pounds of misc stuff including 2 surfboards and wetsuits. More unsprung weight than stock with heavy Stop Tech 380/365 brakes and 255/275 RE71R tires for track duty on 19" ZCP wheels. Edit: i went back to my vbox accel data when the car was bone stock and did two 113.6 mph 1/4 mile traps at -0.5% and -0.8% slope. So with the Alpine Stg 1 tune the car is now making a little more power for sure.

On mine, it depends how far up the rpm range you go. If i go to 7k and decelerate while feathering the gas pedal, i got a bunch of simultaneous pops..almost like gintanis burble. I sold the car since then but I'm sure i have a video somewhere. |

I know what you're talking about, that's how I get the car to have a slight burble haha. I do it all the time while driving on the highway towards the CAN/US border

Odd you guys are getting burbles at 4-5k.
I'm more around 2.9k... bw x pipe with 2 resonators What do you guys mean by feathering? As in you are revving in high rpm and slightly touching the accelerator upon deceleration? |
