And its still a GTR - no need to get comfortable - they pretty much drive themselves. Just get in and gas to the floor & let the computer figure out the rest |

And yeah a trans a turbo upgrade will most likely come later down the road when the chassis is fully sorted But that's the Main issue , when I said get comfortable , I meant with the everything off lol With the amount of aero and tire he's gonna have I want him to rely on mechanic grip , not the YAW rate control lol When I was doing the wiring I should of cut the yaw sensor out and sent it lol |

Wouldn't have guessed 18s would clear the brakes on your car - that's awesome. Since you are a corvette guy figure you will probably appreciate the below (it's not mine). Should be venturing out to COTA late spring early summer. |

I have a valved exhaust and the way the piping is set up it seemingly makes it hard to get an accurate read from the dyno o2 sensor put in the tail pipes. From what we can tell, the car stopped compensating and afr levels looked better. Since we thought the readings weren't accurate and to test our theory, we closed the valves and stuck the sensor into the inner tail pipe. Then afr reading was perfect. In conclusion, something about the routing of the pipes when opened makes it hard to get an accurate reading (air could be blowing in all directions giving an inaccurate read?). I'm picking up an MS stage 2 intake tomorrow and swapping to my previous exhaust setup and will complete the retune once Epic has a look at it. I'll post plots when we're done.

On another note, I had the dreaded Christmas tree lights: ABS/DBC/DSC/hill start/TPM error. I pulled out my trusty obd scanner but quickly realized it's of no use and can only pull cel related codes. Did some research on here and it pointed to abs sensor or dsc unit or abs pump and steering wheel sensor.
I connected my aim solo DL, put it into point to point mode and created a "track" in my neighborhood and logged the data. Came home and looked at the individual wheel speed plots and what do you know, left rear sensor is dead and reads 0 mph the whole time. I think this also had something to do with an off I had the last event. I applied the brakes normally but I flew off the track which seemed a little strange. Maybe one wheel was acting up and locked up? I remember dogbone was talking about something similar in his other thread. Wonder if it could be related? Pictures of data plot plus result of flying off track

Some more NVH from GC race camber plates but it's not bad. Just clunking over rough SF streets. This setup is light years ahead of the old Koni Yellow shocks I ran on my E46 M3, Koni was crap! Currently on 5/24 as recommended for street. Haven't had a chance to see how it feels with some cornering G force. Shop said from a test drive it's on rails. Need a track day to really test it out! |

So I had a pretty shitty day today at Laguna Seca. First run of the day I went into limp mode after the warm up lap- code P0302. After searching auto shops nearby for a spark plug, I found a dealer and replaced the spark plug in cylinder 2. I cleared the code and went back out. Same thing. Swapped coil packs with a different cylinder, and no luck.
Once I go over 7k, the engine just gives out and goes into limp mode. I tried chasing the problem all day and eventually just went out and kept the revs under 6k. Didn't throw a code but obviously wasn't as enjoyable. Does anyone have a similar experience and hopefully solution that can be done at the track? I've heard the following possibilities: faulty fuel pressure sensor, an issue with the o2 sensors, and possibly "bad fuel." One tech at the track thought it could be related to not tuning the car for the new 4.10 gears but I was told the diff is "plug and play" for the most part. Worst case, I'll just work on my line tomorrow and not go chasing times.

If it’s just one hole and doesn’t move with the coil pack could it be an injector? Or maybe a valve spring broken and you’re getting misfires as an early warning? Just spitballing I’m clueless
