WTB: E92, Competition (ZCP), below 40k miles, DCT, Nav, Leather

Looking for something that ticks the following boxes:

E92
Competition Package
Less than 40k Miles
DCT Transmission
Navigation
Leather Interior

I would prefer something that also has:

Color: Black or White
Some remaining factory warranty, or extended warranty

Will consider vehicles with modifications, but would prefer a 'standard' example. Interior condition must be excellent.

I want to stay as close to $40k as possible. There may be some room for movement with the right vehicle.

I'm based in Greenville, South Carolina (29601). Would prefer something within 500 miles of here, but willing to look further for the right example.
