Up for sale is my 2008 E90 M3. I am the second owner, clean title in hand. Very desirable spec with the 6 speed, no nav, sparkling graphite metallic, fox red interior and only 28k miles. I want to be clear that I do not need to sell this car... I do not drive it nearly as much as I would like to and the garage space/extra money would be very nice. The car has not had the rod bearings addressed to my knowledge. There is a very small chip in the windshield and a small scratch on the passenger side door. Other then that the car is near flawless. It does have a front clear bra and is washed weekly when driven. It is stock besides an ACM modded exhaust (I do have the stock exhaust and can include it). It also has carbon fiber front grill inserts. Feel free to reach out with any questions but please do not contact me if you do not have the funds. If you don’t agree with the price and want to spend less there are plenty of higher mileage examples out there that you can look at instead. Quick question, does the exhaust stick out beyond the bumper more than most or is it an illusion in the angle it is photographed?

Most likely an E92 exhaust

Yes, it is an E92 ACM modded exhaust. I do have the original exhaust though!

I'm the flakey buyer who backed out, made an emotional decision without thinking things through because this car is just perfect in every way and ticks every box I had. The interior is flawless and looks drop dead gorgeous with the contrast of exterior cooler which too, is drop dead gorgeous. Car is exactly how Mike advertised and then some.

Mike is a stand up guy and you should buy with confidence. I offered to have him keep the deposit for wasting his time but he refunded me anyway.

Engine bay is so clean you could eat off of it. Trying to upload the pics I took of it now.
