Definitely one of my Top 3 builds on this site...can't go wrong with a proper OEM+ build.

Thank-you for documenting all of this, excited for more proper write-ups.

How did you put the seals in?? I tried it and couldn't get it in and I gave up and ended up putting some aircraft silicone compound in. Someone at the dealer told me later on that windshield is stamped on by a machine so you can't fit it.
I guess he was wrong..

I just saw the car in person. I can't believe that there are examples of E92 M3s with super low mileage and in mint condition. So pristine and clean. I can see this car fetching top dollar as a collector's item in the future. Wow.

Cool parts and attention to detail! Nice journal.

What was the process to swap the rear window seal? One corner on mine is a little dry and the whole seal is only $35, so if it's easy ...
And how about the third brake light? Mine is fine but there's a bug's corpse in there I'd like to dig out.

You literally bring up the right or left corner and pull it off. There will be residue but you can use an adhesive or bug and tar remover. I also use a pressure steam cleaner. Once cleaned you line the new one up how you need it and pull the double sided tape. The third brake light pops right off if you need to clean the bug out.
