Need Help with Rear Door Sunshade.

Hello guys ,I have an E90 M3 2011.5 with rear doors sunshade,one of them got loose while a was cleaning the windows and it will not roll back ,so now is stuck,. I've been searching online on how to fix it but I was unable to find anything,any help will be gladly appreciated

I haven't run into that before, but you may need to pop that door panel off and see what is going on with the retracting mechanism for the shade. Should be able to see if something broke or if it is just stuck.
