E92 M3 Stripper No M mode... Now what...
Hi,
Been asking friends of mine I am trying to figure out what I can do. I have a 2011 M3 stripper, manual, single hump, no Idrive and no M mode on the steering wheel. Looking for someone to educate me I was told the M mode on the steering wheel was an option from the dealer the car is LCI. Currently only have traction control fully on or TC off. I could really benefit from a tune with euro MDM but do not believe there is anyway to get this on my car. Any insight is appreciated!

You can easily add MDM with coding and swapping the steering wheel stalk unit.
For coding you can use Protool. The hardware you need is the steering combination switch from a car that has MDM. If your car has the auto rain sensor you will need a switch that also came from a car with the rain sensor. |

I'll have a friend doing all the coding and add the tune.
