I've sent you a PM that I have a Corsa brand new for sale as you see others have mentioned is pretty popular.

I've gone the "progressive" route of loud and went from stock to the ACM exhaust mod, MPE, MPE w/test pipes and now Corsa w/test pipes and this current setup is great! However, the hooligan in me is probably going to go even louder to an Eisenmann race or Meisterschaft GT2 eventually.

As for the stock exhaust mod, there are a few methods: "2-pipe", "4-pipe" and "ACM" which I believe is similar to 4 pipe and in a nutshell it's removing the fibers inside your muffler for a much improved louder sound.

It's a great budget friendly next step from stock, but still retains the heavy muffler.

I believe that ACM is basically straight pipes through the can. 2 pipe is covering the two large perforated pipe and 4 pipe mod is covering all 4 perforated pipes. I've heard it's a good idea to keep the dog fur in with all OEM mods.

+1 on OEM mod. Had Corsa on e92 and now 2-pipe mod on e90 and love them both. If you prefer stock look (I do), OEM mod gives you ~20% more volume, no drone for couple hundred dollars or less

Ssr sell the akra catback for $2220 w/o tips. Akra tips are $1400+ which is crazy really. I know they're really nice but they're really easy to steal too. Consider an akrapovic catback with a different tip alternative.

It's not the fiber, generally that goes back in the muffler after it's done. The 2 pipe and 4 pipe method is to cut into the middle top of muffler and replace 2-4 of the baffled pipes with solid pipes. The ACM method is to bypass the center of the muffler where the pipes cross and instead open the top left and right side and cut the pipes so they come straight out and bypass the baffled pipes in the center and the insulation material in the center.

That's alot of work and welding. Is there anyone who does this for people and charges a fee?

^ lots of performance and muffler shops will do it. $200-$500 is what I've seen around here in Boston.
