Sparco Seat Model

Can anyone identify this model seat? Would it be a good deal to trade two OEM front seats for two of these?

I've also read about FIA expiration dates? If it's expired does this mean you can't use the seats anymore?

there should be a FIA sticker with model name on the side.

Have better pics? looks like a Sparco Fighter.
